Executive Chef ALEX TRUJILLO

A native of Yuma and graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Alex Trujillo got his start at the legendary steakhouse, Jack & Rosie's.  Fast forward 19 years, he has worked to raise the bar in the Yuma area since returning in 2009.  Whether it be in an al'a carte restaurant setting or a catered event, his many years of experience in several cities to include Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Las Vegas and Hawaii has given Chef Alex a diverse sense of knowledge in the industry.  From high profile weddings in Las Vegas and Maui; cowboy cookouts in the high Sonoran desert; to a simple business lunch for 10.  The range of possibilities combined with his attention to detail are second to none.
